Is the slow demise of newspapers and journalists to the United States healthy?
It's hard to imagine just a generation ago, but the newspaper and news industry, the industry is receiving a financial beating. It is giving rise to a sharp decline in foreign journalists and here at home in the last decade. Blogs and the Internet can be great, but the number of sites have reported information to journalists pursuing a history, or immersed in other people, nations and politics? CNN and FOX can be very fun to watch, but in reality, most political information is or simply empty opinion articles rarely the nuances of a story or situation, or any real information. Are we entering a time when it has 24-hour news stations and blogs blasting at us from all directions, but without any news, information depends on the soil reportinb pensive understands the dynamics of our time?
Among the above "news" stations and YouTube, we have more information than we could interpret accurately. However, we are more informed than they ever were. Any idiot with a computer can start a blog and give its interpretation of "Facts." We are (informationally) goes to hell in a handbasket …
