Is it possible to set up a referral agreement between a broker and a multilingual web company? How?
I have a small multilingual website and have recently been in contact with a local realtor that you would like to pay me a referral (% of sales) for any buyer or seller leads I can send which results in a sale. I'm not a real estate agent / broker. Sounds like something worth trying if it is legal. I other websites BIG individuals are doing this, but do not know how. Are they licensed?
Payment of an unregistered person for a reference is illegal. A rate referral can only be paid to a registered brokerage firm. Yes, some great sites are private property ownership.
