How do I calculate demand using multiple regression in Microsoft Excel?
I've added analysis tools. I did a regression of two variables (an independent and dependent). My book is worthless. I need to reach the demand curve equation soda through a regression analysis multiple. My dataset has 5 columns. The first is a list of the 48 contiguous states, the second is the dependent variable (sales data for each state), the three following independent variables (other data: on average, average price, the average temperature.). There are other parties to the problem that I'm not worried, as interpretation coefficients, and simple regression. I NEED TO KNOW HOW TO DO multiple regression and then put the data in an equation. I offer $ 10 a person that I can carry the correct answer for this part. I'll Paypal $ 20 to that person if I get the rest of the exact problem. Send a copy of all data if necessary: matt_66002@yahoo.com.
I do not want your money Open the tool for data analysis and regression to choose from the menu. Click on the fields and said input range. Then click on the cell top of the dependent variable. Highlight the entire column. The field should say something like: $ B $ 2: $ B $ 48 Press the Tab key – this should get you on the ground marked the entry of X Range. Now, first click the cell in the first column of the independent variables. Highlight all three columns. You should get something like following in the area: $ C $ 2: $ E $ 48 When the labels are too prominent, the labels, click the checkbox, otherwise leave it. Press OK. Their regression results should appear in a new sheet. Good luck.
