Critical leadership skills for an economy in recession

Whether or not we are in a recession depends on your perspective, but more and more people feel they are. Why do some people completely affected by the recession and other devastated? Strange as it may seem, is the business you have skills that largely determine whether you participate in this recession, or thrive. There are two critical skills for success if you have mastered, you will prosper. If not, can be a full participant in this economy.
