Is it legal for a realtor to list a house for sale when not in their power to try to generate leads?
I can buy my house in April '07 and noticed today that the seller agent has been used for sale on its Web site and Yahoo Real Estate effective 10 February '08. My house is not for sale. I have not even thought about selling the house and have had no contact with the agent since the sale last year. What is my resource? Anyone?
