CAPITALISM IS A THREAT TO CIVILIZATION?
I think it's a threat for the following reasons: It is a system that does not practice self-limitation, perpetuation at the cost demands of the environment, family values and morality. Capitalism encourages greed, since it assigns too much value on material goods to the detriment social cohesion and morality. It has the effect of concentrating wealth in increasingly fewer hands thus increasing the gap between rich and poor. Inevitably causes a boom and bust effect of destabilizing the economies of the world by making people lose their jobs, homes and public spending cuts. Makes family breakdown, social mobility weakened family ties, family and social support networks disintigrate leading to the decline in parenting skills and important leading to child neglect and abuse as a result. The next generation becomes weaker production.
Socialism is NOT the death of society. Allows an honest job of being present in a society and all live an easy life, planned. In capitalism, you work harder to escape the top of the ladder. On paper they do, but in practice, the hardest work is blue collar worker is paid a shit and die from asbestos poisoning. It is not that work harder, but most rats reaching the top in capitalism. At least in socialism, corruption is much less, you are guaranteed everything you need and pay to buy what you want.
